We provide psychotherapy for individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. We specialize in working with individuals struggling with issues related to substance abuse, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and bi-polar disorder. As well as marital and family therapy to those dealing with communication and relationship difficulties. Our treatment modalities consist primarily of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing and trauma informed therapeutic practices.

I am a licensed professional counselor in North & South Carolina. I have been in the health care field for well over 10 years. My true calling has been providing psychotherapy for individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. I have worked in various healthcare settings ranging from hospitals, inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient therapy facilities and also within the public school systems. ​
